18 kilograms of cocaine, with a street value of $2.3 M, was seized and 4 people have been charged with various trafficking offences in a drug investigation by Edmonton Police.

In a news release, the Edmonton Drug and Gang Enforcement Unit said it executed two search warrants and found the drugs inside two Edmonton houses as well as inside elaborate secret compartments in two vehicles.

Other items seized include 3 vehicles, a hand gun and ammunition and drug paraphernalia.

Robert John Hall, Aaron Michael Hall, Molly Martin Collins and Sean Douglas Steer have been charged with multiple instances of possession for the purpose of trafficking and other charges.

Thursday morning police asked for public assistance in locating two other suspects allegedly involved, Victor Fei and Weng "Ricky" Wong.

Around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon both Wong and Fei turned themselves in to authorities at Police Headquarters.

Police believe the large amount of cocaine had been brought to Edmonton from the west coast for sale in Alberta.
