RCMP have arrested a woman after the stabbing death of a man in Hobbema.
Officers responded to the call on December 31 just before 8 p.m.
A 34-year-old man was found at a residence on the Samson Cree Nation with multiple stab wounds.
He later died in hospital and an autopsy has been ordered.
Police have arrested a 30-year-old woman who was at the house. She remains in police custody and charges are pending.
RCMP said the victim's name will not be released until the family has been notified.
