Family and friends of three young men killed in an alleged drunk driving collision on Saturday have been struggling with their loss.
"I just want everyone to realize just how big a deal it is and that we lost a lot of really important people," Jamie Smith said.
RCMP have said the collision happened on Highway 625 just before 3 a.m. A Dodge Ram and a Pontiac Grand Am were both travelling eastbound when they collided.
Brad Arsenault, 18, Kole Novak, 18 and Thaddeus Lake, 22 all died on the scene.
"I don't want somebody else to make that same mistake," Smith told CTV News.
"I don't know a single person who didn't like any of them," she added.
Arsenault and Novak had recently graduated from Ecole Secondaire Beaumont Composite High School.
Lake was a budding musician and played with The Maddigans band.
"He touched a lot of people's lives in the short time he was on this earth," Connor MacPherson said.
"There's no word in the English language that can describe what I'm feeling.
"I'm not even close to coming to terms with one never mind three at the same time."
Arseanult was expected to meet his friend, Adam Gilbert, on Saturday.
"He was supposed to come out yesterday and meet me for my birthday," Gilbert said.
"I found out in the morning that he wasn't with us anymore."
Gilbert went to the scene of the collision to leave flowers in memory of his friend.
"I didn't think it was true. I didn't want it to be true," he said.
"Coming here I think I proved that.
"I miss him like crazy."
Gilbert described Arseanult as "an amazing kid".
"He was everybody's favourite."
A candle light vigil was planned for Sunday night in honour of the boys.
