An injured red-tailed hawk has been rehabilitated and released back into the wild.
This comes after the bird was brought into the Wildlife Rehabilitation Society of Edmonton last December.
Most of the bird's feathers were singed, after it's believed the bird flew over a methane flare causing the injuries.
The hawk was successfully released Wednesday morning.
