A 21-year-old man has been charged with first degree murder in connection to the death of an adult female in Cold Lake.
Police say the woman's body was located inside an area apartment building around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Xavier Jospeh Gagnon of Cold Lake is charged with first degree murder.
The name of the victim and the cause of death are not being until an autopsy has been completed.
Gagnon is scheduled to appear in court on June 22nd.
