A 22-year-old Lloydminster man has been charged with manslaughter in connection to an alleged impaired driving collision from this summer.
The alleged incident occurred on August 20th at the intersection of 52nd Avenue and 25 Street in Lloydminster. The crash left Ewrin Capuno dead.
In addition to manslaughter, Levi Nickless is also facing several other charges including impaired driving causing death, and dangerous driving causing death.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
