The Hollywood spotlight is about to be put on St. Albert.

NBC said it will begin shooting an upcoming suspense and horror anthology in portions of St. Albert's downtown and river valley.

Director Mary Harron, whose credits include American Psycho and The Notorious Betty Page, will bring a cast and crew of more than 150 people to the town.

Shooting is slated to begin March 7 and will last 10 days.

Officials from the city said in a news release they have been working closely with Fear Itself Productions to have the project filmed in St. Albert.

Some of the city's roads and facilities may be closed temporarily to the public during filming.
